How can I get a completely free service by phone via internet?
Hello everyone! I am going wireless and would like to use my cell phone for personal use. But commercially, how could I make or receive calls over the Internet? Would it through Skype? I want a way that is completely free and also if it requires a special phone, how it would be. Thank you!
