internet home business bureau
What to do when an internet company you have been buying from for two yrs. shafts you?

I have a sm. home business that requires materials that I have been buying from one specific place for 2 yrs. My last order I rcvd. from them was broken and not what I ordered. I have called them 10 times (with no response) I have emailed over a dozen times to no avail. The Better Business Bureau can’t even get them to respond. What do I do now. I am out hundreds of dollars. It was a crucial order. I had customers expecting it. I just want my money or the requisite order refilled. Any suggestions??????

You can’t let this ruin your business arrangement with your customers. If I had customers waiting, I would fill the order from another source, and ask for priority shipping, or have them drop-ship it directly to your customers if possible.

Then I would contact the old supplier via registered mail, with signature confirmation or return receipt to show that it was delivered and who signed for it, and tell them that the order received was wrong, and you want to return it and get your money back.

You may not be able to get your money back from them. It sounds like they’ve either gone under, or are about to. That’s just part of the risk of owning a business, I guess.
