You can not build a model Business realistic JUST advertising revenue. It can not work. Think, for advertising revenue, you must retrieve users arriving on your site, then clicking on the ads. For users coming to your site you need to advertise to attract them (costs money). You can bring users to your site by other means, but it will take a minimum of one year to get any real traffic. The cost of bringing users to your website by advertising will always be more than your revenue from advertising on your site.
