Is there $ $ $ $ to help women who want to buy a commercial property to start a home business?
There is a property I was interested in buying to start a daycare at home in. I own a house, should I take a second mortgage or is there a program out there that helps women like myself to start their own business? I intend to start small (as required by law) until I can get a license. This property is just to good to pass up and I am afraid that if I did not jump on this opportunity I'll lose.
